My Clientele
As a Grief, Life & Wellness Coach, I work with Bereaved Parents in all phases of the grief process:
Companioning the Newly Bereaved with an Open, Spacious and Compassionate Heart.
Practices for Healthy Grieving and Healthy Living while Navigating the Challenges of (Re)engaging in Every Day Life
And, with Time, Integrating your Child’s Life and Death into the Larger Story of your Life to Flourish in Fullness
Early Phases
Do you feel isolated and alone with your grief?
Does your heart race? Do you startle easily? Do you feel lethargic and drained?
Are you finding ways to take care of YOU?
These are a few examples of common challenges in early grieving. Our work together assists in healthy grieving, self-care, loving remembrance, and, yes, the hidden gratitude and laughter that are ever present and available in what often appears to be an endless ocean of despair.
You are a good fit if:
You are 6 or more months beyond the death of your child
You are functioning at a level where you perform simple daily chores and responsibilities, including self-care
You can identify clear goals (however, small or large) with desired outcomes
Surviving to Thriving
Do you feel like a victim of life circumstances?
Are you longing to create meaning and purpose again in your life?
Are you ready to honor your child’s life by living the best life you can create?
Together, we explore tools and techniques from Positive Psychology, Resilience Science, Post-Traumatic Growth, Mindfulness and other evidence-based practices for well-being to best address your goals at any given time.
You are a good fit if:
You are functioning at a basic level and engaging in every day life routines such as family, work, and social engagements
You still hit obstacles and challenges (you always will) as you navigate your journey integrating grief and life on your way to flourishing
You are excited to move forward and create a life of thriving and living fully
