Let’s work together
Coaching is a client driven process. You choose the agenda based on your challenges and your goals at any particular time.
I approach my role as a PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH with deep reverence and serious discipline because I know first hand the vulnerabilities and challenges of the parents I serve. While we share the unimaginable loss of a beloved child, grief is different for each parent, just as our childrens’ lives and deaths are each unique.
My role as a coach is to serve you exactly where you are and assist you to achieve the goals you set for yourself, whether
providing a safe supportive space to grieve,
getting through a holiday, birthday, or death day,
or creating meaning, purpose and fulfillment in life — you choose the agenda.
Small steps, one at a time, or large long-term goals . . . your life, your reality, your well-being, that’s where we begin.
I draw on professional coach training and a variety of evidence-based tools tailored to provide you support for the needs you identify - always with an open mind and compassionate heart. Note: Coaching is NOT mentoring, training, consulting, or therapy.
